Instruction for Travel Agents
Due to new regulations of filing Electronic Visa Application form for Russian visa and to simplify the process of obtaining visa confirmation number, Russian-American Consulting Corp offers the following:
1. 1. Order login and password by calling Russian American Consulting Travel Agent at (212) 268 9336 or email subscribe@russianconsulting.com
2. Use the received login \password to enter the system through the web site: agent.russianvisaconfirmation.com
3. Fill out the form, then press «Submit»
4. Print out Russian Visa Reservation letters
5. Fill out Electronic Visa Application which is web-based application, available online at: evisa.kdmid.ru using information from Russian Visa Reservation Letter
6. Print and sign visa application form
7. Please provide Russian-American Consulting Corp. with the following:
а. Valid passport
b. Printed, signed visa application
c. Printed Russian Visa Reservation letter
d. One passport size photo (2” х 2”) (The photos must be clear, well defined and taken against a plain white or light-colored background)
e. Payment (cash, check, M.O.)
